The role involves satisfying sport users and managing customer transactions at the cash register. Additionally, associates are responsible for promoting Decathlon membership and participating in continuous personal development training.

Candidates should possess previous retail experience and strong organizational skills. A desire to grow within the company and a passion for sports are highly valued.
