Description Join our Pharmacy team and make a real difference in patient care. About The Team & Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced Richmond Hill pharmacy team. You'll work directly with Pharmacists and Registered Pharmacy Technicians in a modern, technology-enabled environment where accuracy and teamwork matter. Your day will include prescription preparation, inventory management, and supporting our central fill operations—all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, onsite role with flexibility to work both day and evening shifts. You'll be part of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to serving our community with excellence. What You'll Do Prepare medications accurately using both manual methods and state-of-the-art robotic dispensing systems Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies across standard and central fill operations Process administrative tasks including insurance claims, patient record management, and pharmacy software documentation Support high-volume central fill operations with precision and efficiency Maintain compliance by ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while adhering to all provincial pharmacy regulations and safety guidelines Collaborate seamlessly with Pharmacists, RPTs, and team members to deliver excellent patient service Qualifications What You Bring Must-haves High school diploma or equivalent Previous pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent hands-on pharmacy role Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills—accuracy is critical Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Solid understanding of provincial pharmacy regulations and guidelines Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills Nice-to-haves Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Assistant program Experience with pharmacy software and computer systems Familiarity with robotic dispensing systems and central fill operations Proven track record of steady employment and reliability Why Join Us?
