This role ensures successful integration of field operations, dispatching, resource planning, and mobile workforce functionality with SAP back-end systems (ECC/S/4HANA). The FSM Lead works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and field personnel to deliver a seamless, efficient, and digital field service experience. Qualifications Required 5+ years of SAP Utilities or Field Service experience. FSM, Mirata Forms and SSAM experience. Strong hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM). Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations. Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical and non‑technical audiences.
