Experience And Skills Role Requirements: Significant Recent SAP Utilities Field Service (FSM) Hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical and non-technical audiences
