Capital Markets - Business Analyst - Non-IT - 2 (Spanish) Business Deposits Portfolio Management Analyst (Bilingual Spanish) Location: 40 Temperance Street, 8th Floor, Toronto - 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (flexible work-from-home day) Contract Duration: 12 months Extension/Conversion: Strong potential for extension and future conversion to full-time employment (FTE) Number of Positions: 1 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week) Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 2+ years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst, within FI/banking 2) Bilingual in Spanish (professional proficiency in both English and Spanish) 3) Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills: Excel - macros, complex reporting models; PowerPoint - ability to create professional, executive-level presentations 4) Experience in financial analysis within the context of a financial institution (knowledge of ROI, ROE) Nice-To-Have Skills: 1) Experience with PowerBI 2) Experience with Wallstreet or other transaction booking platforms 3) Exposure to sales-oriented environments and familiarity with terminology 4) Portuguese language skills to support interactions with Brazilian stakeholders. Education Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred Assets Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. CFA Level I completed or actively pursuing the CFA program. The Business Analyst will manage the Business Deposits Portfolio and conduct financial analysis within a financial institution. They will also create complex reporting models and executive-level presentations.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst in the banking sector and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are also required.
