POSITION SUMMARY The Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests in the lounge area. This role ensures a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with AGCO alcohol service regulations, health and safety standards, and Delta Bingo policies. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GUEST SERVICE & EXPERIENCE * Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally. * Take orders accurately and deliver food, beverages, and other items efficiently. * Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns or escalate to management as appropriate. * Maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for all guests. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with AGCO regulations. * Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying ID and monitoring consumption. * Assist in food and beverage preparation, stocking, and presentation as needed. * Handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY * Adhere to AGCO regulations, Delta Bingo policies, and standard operating procedures. * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. * Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-compliant behavior to management. TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION * Collaborate with other lounge and gaming staff to ensure smooth service. * Assist with cleaning, setup, and closing procedures. * Attend team meetings and training sessions as required. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. * Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in Ontario (Smart Serve certification preferred or required). * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
