SAP SOLUTION ARCHITECT

We are seeking highly experienced SAP professionals to support a Canadian rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition under RISE with SAP. Leverage an existing Global SAP S/4HANA Template that is already live and operational. The selected consultants will be responsible for assessing the applicability of the Global Template to the Canadian business, identifying and managing local requirements, configuring approved solutions, coordinating integrations, supporting testing and cutover, and ensuring a controlled transition to production. Candidates must have 15+ years of overall SAP experience and at least 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in North America. Experience with global template implementations, multinational organizations, Rise with SAP S/4HANA are Mandatory Experience working with Global Template team / Business Process owners, Business team or process owners from North America, SAP technical teams, integration teams, security teams. SAP S/4HANA SOLUTION ARCHITECT/Canada (Remote + Travel)/Contract Supply Chain | Logistics | Quality Management | Finance Role The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect will provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for the North American rollout, ensuring that the existing Global Template is adopted consistently across business processes while addressing legitimate local requirements. The architect must have broad cross-functional expertise spanning Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Management, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for the rollout. Review the existing live Global Template architecture. Assess Global Template applicability to Canadian entity business processes. Lead cross-functional Fit-to-Template workshops. Define, Adapt end-to-end business process architecture across: Procurement Inventory Sales & Distribution Quality Management Finance Asset Management Ensure end-to-end integration between functional areas. Identify impacts of local requirements on the Global Template. Govern local deviations and ensure architecture approval. Drive Fit-to-Standard principles. Ensure solutions align with SAP S/4HANA best practices. Promote Clean Core and SAP-supported extensibility approaches. Review WRICEF requirements and challenge unnecessary custom development. Define integration architecture between SAP and external systems. Coordinate with SAP BTP / Integration Suite architects. Review data migration architecture and dependencies. Review security and authorization implications. Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security, Integration, Data Migration, and Infrastructure teams. Review solution designs and functional specifications. Lead architecture review sessions. Resolve cross-functional design issues and dependencies. Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Provide technical and functional leadership to the rollout team. Required Experience 15+ years SAP consulting experience. 7+ years SAP consulting experience in North America. Strong SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture experience. Experience leading Global Template rollouts. Broad expertise across: Supply Chain Logistics SD MM Inventory Management Quality Management Finance Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes. Experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Strong Clean Core and extensibility knowledge. Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite is preferred. Strong enterprise architecture and stakeholder management skills. Ability to make cross-functional architecture decisions.

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for a Canadian SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring the Global Template is adopted while managing local requirements. Coordinate cross-functional integration across supply chain, logistics, quality management, and finance to ensure a controlled transition to production.

Requires over 15 years of SAP experience, including at least 7-8 years of consulting within North America. Must have proven expertise in Global Template rollouts, RISE with SAP, and a strong understanding of Clean Core principles.
