We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to help build a positive, welcoming, and patient-focused practice. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Coordinate daily front office operations and patient flow * Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression * Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient schedule * Manage billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims * Communicate confidently with patients and the clinical team * Help foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative office culture WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience * Strong knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling * Excellent communication and organizational skills * A proactive multitasker with a positive attitude * Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team SCHEDULE Full-Time Flexible schedule with a combination of morning and evening 8-hour shifts.
