This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and proficiency in dental office software, ensuring smooth communication between patients and the dental team. *Responsibilities* * Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes. * Schedule and confirm appointments using Abeldent or similar dental software. * Handle patient inquiries via phone systems and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures. * Maintain patient records with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. * Process insurance claims and assist patients with billing inquiries. * Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations. * Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. * Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming for patients. *Experience* * Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred. * Familiarity with dental software such as Abeldent is highly desirable. * Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is an asset. * Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management tasks. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
