Maintenance Technician

DeSales Community Development is seeking a versatile, dedicated, and collaborative individual for the full-time position of Community Services Coordinator. The Coordinator will provide referral services, programming, and limited direct case management to residents living inDeSales' affordable housing communities in the Peabody-Darst-Webbe neighborhood in the City of St. Louis. The Coordinator will also perform grant-related activities, assist property managers and the St. Louis Housing Authority with resident issues, oversee program evaluations, and work with partner agencies to build connections between residents and a robust referral network to improve resident outcomes.
