What you’ll be doing: Checking in, sorting, and inspecting daily parts orders. Performing damage assessments of received parts. Shelving received parts stock appropriately, preparing outbound parts orders for delivery. Separating and delivering parts. Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership. Providing additional departmental assistance as required within day-to-day operations. Submitting damage claims for damaged components as required. Follow all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials. What we need from you: Basic automotive knowledge for recognition of different automotive service and repair parts. Ability to identify damages to components during assessments. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50lbs. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CDK system is an asset. Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
