* *Devanco Canada* is a leading distributor of Garage Door and Gate Automation Supplies serving Canada and the USA from our main office and distribution center in Summerstown Ontario. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position divided between Customer Reception, Sales Support and Administrative Duties * *Job purpose:* The main objective of this position is to assist in the daily operations of an expanding distribution business with a young dynamic staff. This position involves interaction with commercial customers, suppliers and administrative staff. *Experience is an asset, but not required* * *Duties include but are not limited to* Answer and direct incoming calls * Greet customers * Take client orders by phone and email and enter them into our Inventory Management Software * Assist Sales Department with quotes, and follow-up * Assist with Billing and other Accounting duties * Answer client inquiries . *Qualifications* * Superior Customer Service skills and phone etiquette * Able to communicate in French and English * Excellent communication skills * Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment * Positive and self-motivated attitude * Good attendance record Location, Hours and Compensation.
