This Entry Door Installer Trainee will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, industry-leading customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team-based environment. Job Responsibilities: Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site setting Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor Always operate in a safety conscious manner Other responsibilities as assigned Job Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Preferred) Experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds Ability to work at heights and use a ladder Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Responsible for the safe and accurate installation, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial entry doors and hardware in both shop and field environments. The role involves communicating progress to supervisors and maintaining high quality workmanship and safety standards.

Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights. A high school diploma and mechanical aptitude or experience in a similar skilled trade are preferred.
