Your role as Lifecycle Marketing Manager Reporting to Sally Habashy, Senior Director, Content and Member Marketing, the mission of the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is to build and run Dialogue's member marketing program, converting eligible members into active users and guiding them to the right care at the right time across Dialogue's programs. What you'll be doing Building and owning the member marketing roadmap across awareness, registration, engagement, and retention Developing the multi-channel strategy across digital (email, push, in-app) and offline channels, including ongoing awareness and personalized, trigger-based conversion journeys, and translating it into a prioritized plan the team can execute Supporting copy development for lifecycle channels as necessary Optimizing conversion at each lifecycle stage through structured experimentation, setting hypotheses, defining success thresholds, and turning results into learnings that improve future campaigns Managing project-level campaign budgets and optimizing marketing spend/resourcing across lifecycle tactics and tools Monitoring and owning program KPIs with accountability for leadership reporting Collaborating with the Member Marketing Specialist to ensure platform execution is grounded in the strategic brief and that performance signals feed back into roadmap decisions Managing cross-functional relationships with Product, Data, Customer Success, Member Experience, ServiceOps, and Finance to keep the program well-informed and drive results We'd love to hear from you if you have 8+ years of proven experience in B2C lifecycle marketing or member engagement marketing, with hands-on knowledge of trigger-based marketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing Working experience with member engagement platforms or marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, Insider One, Klaviyo, or equivalent) A track record of working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority Equally comfortable setting strategy and executing, from writing the brief to running initiatives end-to-end An experimental mindset, comfortable running structured tests, learning fast, and applying findings to improve the program over time Familiarity with AI tools to scale, automate, and accelerate marketing execution Experience using data and analytics to inform program decisions and turn campaign results into clear recommendations At Dialogue, your well-being is our priority Taking care of others also means taking care of our team!
