Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a BDC Service Retention Manager to join our team at our Regional Head Office in Mississauga. Pay Rate: $45,000 + monthly bonus Responsibilities The primary function of this roll is to own the administrative support of the BDC Service operation. Monitor and help action email, text and outreach campaign requests to ensure all department tasks are processed and completed in a timely and organized fashion. Create, support, and maintain department documentation and resource management. Assist with training of new hires and existing team members. Perform additional duties as needed or as they develop. Qualifications 1 or more years of call centre customer service experience (Automotive BDC experience considered an asset) Customer focussed mindset with strong written, phone, and digital communication skills Team player with a positive, solution focussed attitude Ability to stay organized, detailed oriented, and calm under pressure High school diploma level education If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
