Pay Rate: $110,000-$160,000 Responsibilities Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times Desk vehicle sales deals Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed Qualifications Strong leadership abilities Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions A passion for customer service Positive Can-do Attitude Experience in auto sales preferred Two (2) years of management experience Valid Ontario Driver’s License Valid OMVIC License preferred If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you. Exigences
Requires at least two years of management experience and a valid Ontario Driver's License. A valid OMVIC license and previous experience in automotive sales are preferred.
