The Children’s Services Worker is responsible for ensuring that all the service needs of children in care of the agency are met. Qualifications and Requirements: * A minimum two-year Human Services Diploma is required. A three-year BSW is preferred * A minimum two years experience with Anishinabek children, youth, individuals and families; preferably Child Welfare experience * Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered. * Satisfactory Criminal Records Search; including Vulnerable Sector Check. * Required to work flexible hours, travel regularly and to act on an “on-call” basis as determined by the respective Manager in relation to service requirements. * Must possess a valid Class G Driver’s License and access to a reliable personal vehicle with $1 million dollar liability. The Children's Wellness Worker provides protection and support services to children in care in accordance with the Child and Family Services Act and agency policies. They ensure all service needs of children are met while maintaining compliance with abuse protocols and ministry standards.

A minimum two-year Human Services Diploma is required, with a three-year BSW preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with Anishinabek children and families, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory criminal record check.
