Qualifications and Requirements: * Applicants must meet at least one of the following: * Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Services or a related field considered an asset. * First Nation, Inuit, or Metis (FNIM) Elder, Knowledge Keeper, Healer, Cultural Person, or individual with relevant traditional knowledge and cultural experience. * Currently enrolled in a diploma, certificate, or degree program in Human Services or a related field. * Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience working with children, youth, and families. * Satisfactory Criminal Records Search, including a Vulnerable Sector Screening, satisfactory to Dilico * Required to work flexible hours, travel regularly, and act on an “on-call” basis as determined by the respective Child Welfare Manager in relation to service requirements * Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s Licence, possess a clean driving record and have access to a personal vehicle which will pass a safety inspection. Requires a background in Human Services, traditional cultural knowledge, or relevant experience with children and families. Must possess a Class G driver's license, a personal vehicle, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screening.
