Under the direction of the Primary Care Manager, The RPN will work collaboratively with members of the Primary Care Team to advance care for clients and their families, according to the College of Nurses scope of practice. The RPN will be responsible for maintaining flow of daily operations in the primary care clinic including, but not limited to, such tasks as rooming clients, monitoring vitals, completing immunizations and injections, assisting with procedures, phlebotomy and completing health teachings with clients. Qualifications and Requirements: * A minimum Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) diploma. * A member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario * Three (3) years' experience in advanced nursing assessment skills in a clinical or equivalent setting * Satisfactory Criminal Records Search * Proficient with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system * Certified in Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) * Must be willing and able to work flexible hours * Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle * Experience working with Anishinabek people is an asset * Completion of Indigenous Studies is considered an asset * Certified in advance foot care is considered an asset. The RPN will collaborate with the Primary Care Team to provide care for clients and their families. Responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations, rooming clients, performing phlebotomy, and conducting health teachings.

Candidates must have an RPN diploma, be in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and possess three years of clinical assessment experience. A valid Ontario Driver's License, personal vehicle, and BLS certification are required.
