Part Time - Fixed Term - 0.58 FTE Commencing Term 1, 2027 until 25 June 2027 About the Role The position consists of 12 hours of face to face teaching, working across three days – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - delivering the PE Curriculum to students from Prep to Gr 6. Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role will include: * To provide a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children; * To provide students with a rich and engaging educational experience; * Ensure the delivery of curriculum that reaches and engages students with a diverse range of educational abilities and backgrounds; * A collegial and collaborative approach to learning and teaching. Key Selection Criteria: * Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission; * Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration); * A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate; * Demonstrated high- level knowledge of Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning; * Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment; * Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment. Exigences

Candidates must hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration and demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education. A certificate in Religious Education and high-level knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and AITSL standards are required.
