Qualifications Qualifications: Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation Intermediate/Senior qualifications Specialist qualifications in at least one of the areas of the organizational unit or shall obtain such qualification within one school year Department Head Allowance Per OSSTF Permanent Collective Agreement Major - $4,520.00 per academic year Minor - $2,260.00 per academic year Interested Candidates Postings can be found on the DSB1 website at and on Apply to Education at Please apply using Apply to Education by clicking the Apply button.
