The Opportunity Support a rapidly growing corporate client base as a Payroll Specialist. This role is perfect for a certified payroll professional who excels at precision, loves working with complex time-clock integrations, and thrives in a structured, high-density environment. Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 CAD / year Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 fixed days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Location: 4269 St Catherine West, Westmount, Canada What You'll Do (The Core Focus) End-to-End Processing: Manage payroll cycles for our expanding client portfolio, ensuring 100% compliance with federal, provincial, and local Canadian regulations. Data Integration: Handle complex new-hire imports, timesheet uploads, adjustments, incentives, and voluntary deductions within the HRIS. Life-Cycle Calculations: Review and calculate accurate pay changes for promotions, new hires, transfers, and final termination payouts. Client Care & Auditing: Resolve payroll discrepancies, handle off-cycle manual checks, and generate robust audit reports for clients. What You Bring Credentials: PCP or PLP certification is required. Language: Fully bilingual and proficient in both French and English. Experience: 5+ years of payroll processing experience, with dedicated experience handling multi-provincial Canadian payroll systems.
