We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team. You'll be processing payroll for our growing client base, acting as the first point of escalation for payroll issues, and working closely with the Payroll Manager on special projects. If you take pride in accuracy, thrive under deadlines, and know Canadian payroll inside and out — we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing ● Processing multi-provincial Canadian payroll accurately and on time for a growing client base ● Acting as the first point of escalation — troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues raised by clients ● Processing voids and tax overrides as needed ● Inputting payroll data and preparing payroll runs within our payroll software ● Collaborating with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements ● Applying Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure full compliance ● Working cross-functionally with other departments to find resolutions when needed What We're Looking For ● Experience managing multi-provincial Canadian payrolls — required ● Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) — required ● PCP or PLP certification — required ● Intermediate to strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook ● Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines ● Sound judgment and problem-solving skills under pressure ● Team player with solid communication skills #DistroRPO #LI-Hybrid \n \n $75,000 - $85,000 a year \n
