They are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to take ownership of commercial roofing estimates while supporting projects through pre-construction and into execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and operational sides of construction and wants to play an important role in building a stronger organization. What You'll Do Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal projects. Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements. Manage project handoffs from estimating through pre-construction. Support procurement, scheduling, project planning, and client communication. Build strong relationships with general contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers. Assist with contract reviews and project planning activities. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure successful project delivery. Help improve estimating processes and contribute to the continued growth of the business. What We're Looking For Experience estimating commercial roofing or building envelope projects. Strong knowledge of SBS, modified bitumen, single-ply roofing systems, metal roofing, and/or architectural sheet metal. Experience working with commercial general contractors and large construction projects. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Project management experience is considered a significant asset.
