General Labourer

General Labourer Maskinongé, QC Onsite- Permanent Fulltime SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the General labour packs, ties, labels, counts and identifies wood using various handling equipment. Main duties Operate wood handling equipment on the stacking line. Tie, wrap and occasionally stack wood by hand. Maintain a clean and organised workstation. Comply with all workplace safety rules and regulations. Respect customer service commitments. Requirements Knowledge, skills and abilities Able to count and identify wood products of various sizes. Basic maths skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds or 23 kilograms. Must have own steel-toed boots.
