The location in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada, is seeking talent to fill the position of Casual Lab Technican. This job is permanent part time. As a member of the Technical Department, the Laboratory Technician plays an important role in supporting the Main Pulp Laboratory and ensuring the quality of our products. What You’ll Do: This position is responsible for conducting final pulp quality testing, performing routine maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment, and providing technical support to Operations, Process Engineering, and customer service teams. The Laboratory Technician contributes to the mill's success by ensuring accurate and reliable testing results while maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment. As part of MLMP's commitment to employee development, successful candidates may have the opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in other areas of the mill, including Warehouse Operations, supporting future career growth and opportunities. Previous laboratory experience or education in a science-related field is considered an asset; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
