We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be central to bringing our leather goods to life?operating precision equipment, upholding the highest quality standards, and collaborating with the team to help us reach the next level. *Job Duties* * Operate industrial leather sewing machines for the production of high-quality luxury goods. * Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. * Comprehend and execute build instructions for various assembly packs effectively and accurately. * Uphold and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. * Complete assigned tasks in an organized and efficient manner. * Measure and cut leather and other materials to precise specifications. * Pre-assemble products using various industrial adhesives. * Learn to use specialized leather equipment and tools required for production. * Perform other workshop duties as assigned. *Job Requirements* * *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of technical sewing experience is highly valued. * *Technical Skill:* Strong understanding of the operating procedures of industrial sewing machines. Knowledge of leather sewing techniques is a strong asset. * *Teamwork:* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. * *Precision:* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex diagrams accurately. * *Communication:* Mid - Moderate English language communication skills.
