We are looking for a Quality Compliance Lead to join our new team based in Oakville to assist the Quality Manager in managing quality processes in the warehouse. ABOUT THE ROLE How you will contribute * Perform duties in accordance with related quality regulations. * Perform work in accordance with fire-, accident-, and work safety regulations. * Update charts on team boards. * Participate in training. * Clean and organize tools and equipment. * Prepare quality documentation. * Participate in weekly in-house quality inspections and audits by planning and conducting audits, preparing reports, and coordinating corrective actions. * Prepare weekly external customer audits. * Other duties as assigned Your Key Qualifications * High School diploma required. * Experience in quality within a supply chain/logistics environment. * Computer literate. * Verbal and written communication skills.
