Position Available Role Title: Cleaning Technician Location: Toronto East (Scarborough and surrounding areas) Schedule: Part-Time with potential of Full-Time hours; Evenings, Nights, and Weekends Duties & Responsibilities Communicating with Supervisors Sweeping & Mopping Flooring Wiping, Disinfecting and Dusting various surfaces Restocking of Supplies; Paper Towel, Toilet Paper, Soap Managing Site Inventory: Placing orders for supplies & equipment Vacuuming: Carpet, Runners, Regular Maintenance on Equipment Responsible for Site Security: Alarm Codes & Keys Documenting Completed Tasks in Communication Binder Qualifications and Skills Requirements Valid driver’s license with own mode of transportation Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada Must be flexible and available on evenings, nights and weekends Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs Strong time management and organization skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous cleaning experience considered an asset Compensation and Benefits Competitive Wages Benefits: Health Spending Account (HSA) (for Full-Time Eligible Employees) Time off, Statutory and Personal Days What we Offer Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team culture and a collaborative work environment Training and professional development opportunities Apply Today!
