We are now searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager across multiple locations to join our team of insurance professionals. What’s In It For You? * Competitive base salary with additional earning potential through commissions and bonuses * Group Health Benefit Plan including HSA (Health Spending Account) * Company matching RSP program * Employee Assistance Program * Paid vacation starting at 3 weeks, PTO and volunteer days * Education program to support growth and development * Company social events * Insurance and registry services discounts What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Follow renewal process, ready documents for Strategy meetings * Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance * Make timely renewal calls as required for existing client business * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages * Resolve client concerns * Develop existing client accounts What You Bring to the Team: * General Insurance License Level 2, or currently pursuing * 3+ years of insurance related experience * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail

The Account Manager will assist clients with insurance needs, manage renewals, and resolve account issues. They are also responsible for up-selling products and generating referrals through community involvement.

Candidates must hold or be pursuing a General Insurance License Level 2 and possess at least 3 years of relevant insurance experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
