Tannas Insurance is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for an Insurance Broker for our office, located in St. Paul, AB. What’s In It For You? * Competitive base salary with additional earning potential through bonuses * Group Health Benefit Plan * Employee Assistance Program * Paid vacation starting at 2 weeks * Five (5) Paid Sick Days * Education program to support growth and development * Company social events What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person, over phone or through e-mail * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Support clients throughout the claims process * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our Broker Management System * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What you Bring to the Team: * Completion of the General Insurance License, Level 1 is required prior to the first day of employment * Completion of High School Diploma or Equivalency * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Exceptional customer service skills * Ability to adapt to various computer programs * Strong time management and organizational skills * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Previous general insurance experience is an asset, but we welcome interested new to industry candidates About Tannas Insurance Tannas Insurance has been a pillar in the community of St. Paul, AB since 1952, providing personal, commercial, and surety insurance to clients. Tannas Insurance was acquired by Drayden Insurance Ltd. in 2026 providing clients and area residents with increased options to fit their needs while preserving its grassroots feel.
