Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals in our Spruce Grove branch. What’s In It For You? What You Will Do: Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients Generate client referrals through community involvement and events Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters Make timely renewal calls for existing client business Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team: Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment Drive and motivation for personal growth Interpersonal skills Attention to detail
