Dream’s Industrial Portfolio Management Team is currently looking for an Intern to support our team as well as learn and grow, starting in January 2027. The tasks you'll be assigned will vary depending on the team you join, but here are some examples of the things you could be working on: * Assist in preparing financial analysis and pro forma modeling for a variety of purposes including leasing, financing, and investments decisions; * Provide portfolio- and property-level performance analysis; * Develop and maintain asset-level cash flow models – knowledge of Argus Enterprise software considered an asset; * Participate in data analytics projects – knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus; * Participate in leasing meetings, track lease activity, and conduct market research; * Assist with internal property valuations and liaise with third-party appraisers; * Liaise with portfolio managers and investment teams to assist in segmenting tenants and assets; * Take an active role in the development of annual budgets and corporate forecasts; * Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management; and * Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by your supervisor. What type of experience should you have? In addition to your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
