Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada at Drive4orce Auto Surrey. This role is responsible for engaging with customers in the showroom and over the phone, understanding their vehicle needs, and recommending suitable pre-owned options. Day-to-day tasks include presenting vehicles, organizing test drives, explaining financing options, and guiding customers through the purchase process while maintaining a transparent and professional approach. The Sales Consultant collaborates with finance partners, prepares necessary documentation, and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about inventory and promotions, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused dealership environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including the ability to match customer needs with appropriate vehicle options and close sales effectively. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and providing a positive buying experience. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal interaction. Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to provide honest guidance, explain financing solutions, and support informed decision-making. Relevant experience in automotive sales or retail sales, including familiarity with used vehicles and financing processes, is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for CRM usage, email communication, and documentation; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable pre-owned options. Manage the full sales process, including presenting vehicles, organizing test drives, and coordinating financing documentation.

Candidates should have strong sales and communication skills with experience in automotive or retail sales. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are preferred.
