The team also offers vehicle delivery across British Columbia and Alberta, allowing customers to complete their purchase with added convenience. Prospective team members will join a business dedicated to helping customers drive with confidence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Surrey, BC. The Sales Representative will greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the selection of suitable pre-owned vehicles. Daily responsibilities include presenting vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, explaining pricing and financing options, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity. The role also involves coordinating with finance partners, completing required documentation, following up with leads via phone, text, and email, and maintaining accurate records in dealership systems. The Sales Representative will contribute to showroom presentation, participate in promotional activities, and support a positive, results-driven team culture focused on customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills that enable clear communication, active listening, and relationship building with a diverse range of clients. Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting targets, handling objections, and closing transactions in a retail or automotive environment. Basic financial and administrative skills, such as understanding financing options, completing paperwork accurately, and maintaining organized records. Comfort with technology, including use of dealership software, CRM tools, email, texting, and online listing platforms. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and daily tasks efficiently. Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role is an asset but not mandatory. Knowledge of vehicles and interest in the automotive industry, with a willingness to learn product details and market trends. Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, including evenings and weekends as required, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
