Clinic Team Lead (RPN Preferred)

Position: Clinic Team Lead (RPN Preferred) Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Contract: Permanent Location: DriverCheck Edmonton Clinic(s) Reason for Vacancy: Replacement DriverCheck does not use AI in any part of our recruitment process. The primary focus of the Clinic Team Lead would be to work independently on various office administration duties, provide guidance to DriverCheck Clinic teams and assist with Technician/LPN duties when required. You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Clinic Supervisor. Ordering inventory and supplies 2. Organize Vehicle Maintenance and Registration 3. Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process, ensure weekly and monthly packages are sent to Head Office 4. Ensure yearly calibration of equipment is completed * Scheduling and Training as required 1. Create and update on-site & clinics schedules 2. Create and update Mobile schedules as required 3. Create and update after-hours phone schedule for on-site & clinics 4. Ensure applicable training is completed for all staff in clinic on on-site 5. Act as a resource for on-site D&A Technicians * Technician/LPN duties as required 1. Drug and Alcohol Testing 2. Audiometric and Spirometry Testing 3. Customer service and relations as appropriate 4. On-call responsibility on a rotating basis What you need to be successful in the role: * Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred * LPN/RN designation is considered an asset * Demonstrate good organizational and leadership skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining quality * Work independently and in a team environment * Detail oriented and accurate * Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills * Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities If you want to work in an environment that is positive, challenging, and safe; where your contributions are valued, this role may be right for you. The Clinic Team Lead manages daily office administration, supervises and mentors clinic staff, and ensures compliance with legislation. They also perform technical duties including drug, alcohol, audiometric, and spirometry testing as required.

Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of leadership experience and an LPN or RN designation. Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
