What You’ll Do: Empower managers, acting as the primary consultant for assigned business units, providing expert coaching and guidance to management on a broad spectrum of HR matters, from performance management to organizational design. Drive strategic impact while leading the development, enhancement, and operationalization of key HR programs, including workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and workplace investigations. Design and implement high-impact engagement and communication programs that directly embed the organizational culture and enhance the overall employee experience across multiple provinces/jurisdictions. Consult on and develop competitive compensation plans for new roles and promotions, and expertly guide managers through sensitive processes like progressive discipline and termination, ensuring full compliance. Support disability claims and consults on return to work/accommodation agreements, as well as support the Workers Compensation and Leave of Absence processes. What You’ll Bring: 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or Advisor capacity. Multi-jurisdictional understanding of Canadian employment legislation and privacy laws, with experience supporting employees in multiple provinces. Demonstrated excellence in relationship management, conflict resolution, and influence, coupled with a strategic mindset and a willingness to be hands-on. Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, CPHR designation is considered a strong asset. What We Offer: Competitive wages and flexible benefits.
