Dueck on Marine is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Automotive Fleet & Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role blends business development with account management, focusing on growing our fleet and commercial sales while maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-oriented, and skilled at building trust and rapport. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support. What You’ll Do Prospect, develop, and secure new fleet and commercial accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, providing personalized service and timely solutions. Present and promote fleet and commercial programs, tenders, and vehicle solutions to businesses. Manage the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to closing deals and overseeing after-sales support. Leverage CRM tools, networking, and industry events to expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, finance, and operations) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize them. What You Bring Proven success in sales, business development, or account management (automotive sales or B2B sales experience is a must). BC class 5 Driver Licence and Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) Licence. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance new business development with ongoing account support. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
