We are currently seeking a Parts Manager to lead one of our Parts Departments at Dueck Auto Group in Metro Vancouver. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and extensive parts knowledge to join a well-respected dealership group with a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and profitability of the Parts Department. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the department operates at peak efficiency. Hiring, training, coaching, and motivating the Parts Department team to deliver exceptional service. Monitoring and managing inventory levels for maximum turnover, availability, and accuracy. Preparing, administering, and managing the annual operating budget for the department. Coordinating with Service, Sales, and Body Shop departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Analyzing and managing department financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. Leading regular team meetings and developing action plans to achieve department goals. Ensuring compliance with safety, company, and manufacturer guidelines. What You Bring Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and dealership operations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to train, motivate, and coach team members effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions. Proven customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues constructively. Computer proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
