Overview Pay - 16-17 - £8.00 per hour. 18+ - £12.71 per hour. Your local store is looking for a minimum 20 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft. What you'll be doing Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience. As a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant, you will serve hot and cold beverages, ensure food is presented well, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. You will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, flexible with working hours, and have experience in a team environment. A friendly demeanor and a passion for providing a joyful dining experience are essential.
