We are currently seeking an outgoing, professional full time person to join our team as a Parts Advisor. Previous Ford parts experience will be considered an asset. Benefits * Health and dental plan includes short and long term disability, life insurance, dependent life insurance, critical illness and out of country coverage * Employee discounts on New and Used Vehicles, Parts and Service * Professional Development and Training Opportunities * Guaranteed Income during training * Opportunities for Advancement - Experienced Parts Advisors may advance to management positions or outside sales roles Responsibilities · Provide parts and promotion information to customers · Respond to customer parts inquiries online and over the phone · Responsible for stock handling, warehousing, identifying and cataloguing parts, ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing and selling Skills Required · Collaborative professional who promotes teamwork and works cohesively within a team-oriented environment · Personable, excellent communication and customer relation skills, pleasant telephone manner · Excellent computer skills · Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-starter Additional consideration will be given to applicants with previous automotive experience or Red Seal Apprenticeship Certificate.
Ce que vous ferez
Provide parts and promotion information to customers via phone and online inquiries. Manage warehouse operations including ordering, receiving, inspecting, and pricing parts.
Exigences
Seeking a professional, outgoing individual with excellent communication and computer skills. Previous automotive experience or a Red Seal Apprenticeship Certificate is highly desired.
