This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning experiences and development. *Duties* * Plan and implement engaging educational activities aligned with early childhood education principles and curriculum standards * Foster a welcoming environment that supports the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities or special education requirements * Observe, assess, and document children's progress to inform teaching strategies and communicate effectively with families * Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times * Collaborate with team members to develop inclusive programs that promote bilingual (English/French) communication skills and cultural awareness * Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and incident reports using computer systems * Lead classroom routines such as circle time, snack time, and transitions while demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management *Qualifications* * Valid registration as an Early Childhood Educator with relevant licensing bodies * Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including classroom experience with diverse populations * Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to support inclusive communication * Experience working with children who have disabilities or require special education accommodations * Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices, child development theories, and teaching strategies * Excellent communication skills?both written and verbal?to effectively engage with children, families, and team members * Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping, documentation, and program planning purposes * Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to manage classroom activities efficiently * Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate daily routines and educational activities effectively * Ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young minds!
