Team Lead – Manufacturing Edmonton, AB | Full-Time Durabuilt Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced, hands-on Team Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a safe, productive, and engaged manufacturing team. What You’ll Do Lead daily production activities and allocate staffing based on schedules and priorities. Monitor production output, quality, labour costs, inventory, and performance. Train, coach, and support production employees. Address performance concerns and maintain accurate documentation. Troubleshoot equipment, production, and process issues. Coordinate materials, inventory, maintenance, and parts requirements. Collaborate with Scheduling, Shipping, Maintenance, HR, HSE, and Research & Development. Identify and implement process improvements, cycle-time reductions, and quality solutions. Review and approve employee payroll hours. Promote a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment. What You Bring Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing or production. An engineering education or technical background is considered an asset. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and taking a hands-on approach. Physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. Flexibility to work according to production demands. Working Environment This position involves extended periods of standing, repetitive movements, bending, walking, and working near machinery. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, and changing weather conditions.
