General Labourer [Afternoon and evening availability required]Job descriptionFresh Food Market offers an assortment of fruits and vegetables, local dairy products, fresh baked breads and other homemade treats. We also operate a large full-service meat counter. We are passionate about good food and great service and as such this position requires an individual who also shares and displays this same passion!· Preferred Requirements:MUST be able to work 2pm - 11:30pmCustomer service experience of at least 4 years is a plus.Approachable and friendly to customers and staffEnthusiasm for foodGood communication and listening skillsAttention to detail.Team playerAble to respond, react and adapt quickly to changeBe able to lift up to 50lb.Must be able to provide professional referencesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Stock product on shelves, safely and accurately.Maintain proper product rotation, FIFO process.Keep displays fully stocked, properly signed, clean, and well organizedMaintain a safe and clean environment.Provide information to customers about products and where products are located in the store.Assist taking groceries out to customersSome heavy lifting required.Ability to be cross-trained in different areas within the store.Working with the team to meet the business requirements.Responsibilities may change from time to timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00-$19.00 per hourSchedule:EveningsSupplemental pay types:Overtime pay
