We serve customers in the mining, steel, pipe mill, and oil & gas industries throughout North America. We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician / Electrical Mechanic to join our Regina team. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician who enjoys working on custom equipment and wants to expand their skills beyond traditional electrical work. In this role, you'll be involved in the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems on custom-built industrial equipment while also gaining exposure to mechanical assembly, hydraulics, and industrial equipment builds. What You'll Do Install, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems on custom-designed industrial equipment. Assist with PLC controls, diagnostics, and basic programming functions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical, control, and instrumentation issues. Support the assembly, fit-up, and commissioning of custom industrial and mining equipment. Work closely with millwrights, welders, machinists, engineers, and production teams throughout the manufacturing process. Assist with hydraulic and mechanical systems as required. Conduct testing and inspections to ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards. Participate in field service work and customer site support when required. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical experience. Experience working with industrial equipment, motor controls, VFDs, and control systems. Exposure to PLC troubleshooting and programming is considered an asset. Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning millwright and industrial equipment assembly skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working around large industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
