We proudly serve customers in the steel, pipe, mining, and offshore oil industries across North America. We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights to join our team on the afternoon shift. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of challenging projects in a well-equipped shop environment, with occasional field service opportunities at mining and industrial sites throughout Saskatchewan. What You'll Do As part of the DynaIndustrial team, you will be responsible for: Rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial and mining equipment. Diagnosing equipment failures and identifying repair solutions. Disassembling, inspecting, repairing, reassembling, and testing mechanical systems and components. Measuring and inspecting components to determine repair or replacement requirements. Preparing technical reports outlining failure modes and repair recommendations. Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic systems and components. Interpreting drawings, blueprints, and sketches to plan work procedures and material requirements. Assembling custom-designed industrial equipment incorporating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and company vehicles to move materials and equipment safely. Working collaboratively with welders, machinists, engineers, and supervisors to deliver quality results. Maintaining tools and equipment and reporting defects or safety concerns. Qualifications Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, repair, or equipment rebuild experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience with hydraulic systems and industrial equipment repair. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Welding experience is considered an asset. Current CWB welding tickets are considered an asset. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality. Valid driver's license. As some projects may involve work at customer sites, successful candidates must be able to meet site-specific requirements, including passing drug and alcohol testing when required.
