SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Area Manager and Production Supervisor, the Project Scheduler will work with the Project Managers, Project Leads, and Subcontractors to plan and organize work, develop and maintain detailed project execution schedules, and report status and progress to E.S. Fox key customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Obtain daily/weekly status reports from the necessary Project Leads. * Schedule, coordinate and chair plan meetings. * Assist in the development and preparation of Work Plans. * Document installation issues and concerns reported by Project Leads. * Arrange pre-installation and post-installation walkdowns with all stakeholders. * Communicate and report project status updates to customer(s). * Develop and maintain the overall Primavera P6 project schedules. * Maintain a thorough understanding of project scope, budget, schedule objectives, and liaise with the owner on schedule-related items. * Interface with project teams and stakeholders to provide schedule updates and specialized reports. * Integrate planning data, including manpower loading and resources requirements, into project schedules. * Provide feedback to Project Manager on changes made to the schedule, including potential impacts and risks resulting from schedule changes. * Perform earned value analysis, cost analysis, scheduling analysis, resource planning, variance reporting, and manpower loading activities. KEY REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * Community College Technologist/Technician Diploma (C.E.T.) would be an asset. * Professional Certification CCA Gold Seal Program would be an asset. * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline would be an asset. * 5 to 10 years of Primavera P6 experience in fabrication/construction project scheduling. * Demonstrated understanding of project scheduling, job costing, and project tracking systems. * Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data from financial database. * Well-developed technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are an asset. * Previous construction site experience. Exigences

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of Primavera P6 experience in fabrication or construction project scheduling. A degree in Engineering, a Technologist diploma, or a CCA Gold Seal certification is considered an asset.
