We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to joint our team! You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you enjoy helping others, problem-solving, and delivering excellence service, this role is for you! Responsibilities : Maintain customer satisfaction during interactions; Review and validate orders through entry process (automated), order processing; Confirms orders to customers; Opens engineering change requests as needed; Follows-up and review ECO information; Escalating issues to specialized teams; Tracks orders with the planning and shipping team to meet customer needs; Product forecasts/alignment with protect revenue quota; Authorizes the return of material; Resolving complaints or technical issues; Completes orders for production made externally; Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email; Resolving immediate customer issues or inquiries; Addresses customer complaints, troubleshooting, or providing assistance when needed, providing general support; Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
