About EAI Canada The Evidence Adoption Institute (EAI) is a Canadian non-profit research and innovation organization advancing how evidence, innovations, technologies, and policies move into consequential decisions, implementation, and sustained real-world use. We conduct applied research, develop methods and decision-support tools, evaluate implementation and adoption, and build research and innovation partnerships across health and equity, responsible innovation, climate and sustainable systems, and policy and public-sector innovation. As EAI enters its next stage of development, we are establishing a diverse, interdisciplinary Board of Directors to strengthen organizational governance, strategic direction, partnerships, funding readiness, and long-term impact. The Opportunity EAI is recruiting multiple Volunteer Board Directors to help shape the Institute's next stage of growth. Directors will provide strategic and fiduciary oversight while contributing expertise, networks, and perspectives that strengthen EAI's institutional foundations, research and innovation agenda, funding strategy, partnerships, and sustainability. Funding, Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen grant and resource-development strategy, institutional partnerships, funder relationships, and long-term financial sustainability. Corporate Strategy, Innovation & Scaling: Guide organizational growth, innovation and commercialization strategy, operating models, and EAI's development into a sustainable and scalable research and innovation organization. We also welcome expertise that strengthens EAI's work across technology and AI, health and health systems, climate and sustainability, international development, community engagement, and Indigenous partnerships. What We Value We are seeking directors who bring sound judgment, integrity, intellectual curiosity, collaborative leadership, and a willingness to contribute actively to a growing organization.
