As a Server, you will: Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Using your unmatched multi-tasking skills, you provide exceptional service by anticipating and delivering on the needs of guests. Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests. Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by anticipating guest needs through unmatched multi-tasking skills and creating authentic connections in every interaction. They must also act as problem solvers, demonstrating passion for the guest experience through excellent menu and product knowledge.

Candidates must possess at least one year of restaurant experience and demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun. A willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the legal ability to work in Canada are also required.
